This page provides support information for University Center of Lake County Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and in-person meetings.

The University Center of Lake County (UCLC) uses Microsoft Teams and Zoom to host virtual meetings and events with university partners, vendors, governing boards, and other stakeholders.

​

If you are joining a virtual meeting and have questions or technical issues, the following information may help.

​

Joining a Meeting

  • You will receive a link to join the meeting via email.

  • Most meetings use Microsoft Teams, but some may be hosted on Zoom. The meeting link will indicate which platform is being used.

  • No account is required to join — simply click the link and follow the prompts to join in your browser or app

​

Recording Notices

Some meetings may be recorded. Participants will be notified at the start of the session, and may choose to leave the meeting if they do not wish to be recorded.

Recordings are used only for official documentation purposes and are not distributed publicly.
