A minimum of 30 credit hours college level transfer credit

CGPA of 2.00 or higher on a 4.00-point scale from a regionally-accredited college or university

Students whose native language is not English must meet the Basic Entrance Requirements for English Language Proficiency (http://www.uis.edu/admissions/international/undergraduate.html#epa).

Two semesters of Java programming

One semester of discrete or finite mathematics
