Update Regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
As our country and world face incredible challenges as a result of the COVID-19 or Coronavirus pandemic, the University Center, along with our partner institutions, are constantly evaluating the best way in which to keep our students and the public safe.
Schools throughout the state are making individual determinations about continuing to offer in-person courses at their main campuses. Students that take courses at the University Center’s campus in Grayslake may or may not be affected by these main campus decisions. As always, we encourage students to contact their professor or institution regarding course questions.
Currently, the University Center of Lake County is open. Schools will continue to make their own individual decisions regarding course offerings. Our building will remain open until we receive direction from relevant authorities, with whom we are in regular contact. In the meantime, we are taking the recommended steps as precautions including increased cleaning frequency.
