
Master of Organizational Leadership
The MOL prepares individuals to lead in a diversifying and global economy. Students will learn best leadership practices in the private and nonprofit sectors, including important competencies like relationship-building and decision-making skills. You'll learn how to manage the complex process of helping an organization achieve it goals.

Online, with the possibility that some electives may be available at the University Center facility in Grayslake.
Admission Requirements

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Official transcripts from all colleges attended

No GMAT or GRE required if cumulative GPA is above 3.0. Also waived if applicant has a graduate degree from an accredited institution or completes their first 5 SBNM courses with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Transfer Policy
Up to 4 courses (8 sh) from an accredited graduate program. Also, up to 2 core courses may be waived if taken at the undergraduate level with a grade of B" or higher.
Special Characteristics
Graduate certificate programs will help you sharpen your skills and build knowledge in a specific area in a short, cost-effective way. They may be completed alone or in conjunction with a degree, and all certificate courses may be applied to any of SBNM's degree programs.
