The Certificate in Business Process Management provides information systems practitioners with the fundamental knowledge needed to be able to successfully analyze, define, and design organizational processes and to effectively apply information technology to these processes.

Admission Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree

  • Official transcripts

  • Completed application form

  • Course requirements must be completed with a grade of B or better

Transfer Policy

No transfer credit is accepted for certificates.

Special Characteristics

Individuals may work on the certificate part time without being formally enrolled in a degree program, or may complete it as part of the masters of science degree in Management Information Systems or other programs if approved by their specific degree program.
